Directions: 1. tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe sampe harum 2. masukkan daun salam kemudian tumis sayuran sampe layu. tambahkan air sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan 3. masukkan asam, kecap, gula, garam dan merica. biarkan sampe mendidih dan cicipi rasanya harus pas agak asam dan pedas 4. masukkan tahu goreng 5. sajikan dengan nasi hangat

Description:Dah lama banget ga sarapan ala india, akhirnya semalem ubek2 dapur buat nyiapin adonan :D gampang dan enak, dan yg jelas abang terpesona wakakakaa "jarang2 aku mau siapin breakfast ala india" :P Ingredients:-6 cup beras basmati -2 cup beras uncle beans -1 cup urad daal ---> bisa beli di indian store Directions:Cara membuat: 1. rendam beras min 5-6 jam, untuk urad daal cukup rendam satu jam (sblm di rendam dicuci bersih keduanya) 2. blender urad daal sampe halus begitu juga beras diblender sampe halus 3. campur kedua bahan tsb dan tambahkan air sampe adonan jadi kental 4. tutup adonan dan biarkan semalaman 5. ambil beberapa sendok adonan kemudian taruh dalam cetakan 6. kukus sampe matang selama 10-15 min 7. sajikan idli dengan sambhar cetakan idli:

Description: I made tiramisu yesterday as requested from Jenny Intan di Mumbay, here i share the recipe :D heavenly in ur mouth!
Ingredients: Ingredients · KRAFT - PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE - 500gms
· PUCK -WIPPED CREAM- 1-1/2 cups
· POWDERED SUGAR- 3/4 cup
· NESCAFE - STRONG COFFEE 6 teaspoon
· VICENZI LADY FINGERS, crisp and dry 1pkt (24pc)
· COCOA POWDER, unsweetened, 1-1/2 tablespoons
Directions: Directions 1. Make 2 cup black coffee with 6 tea spoon coffee powder and allow to cool.
2. Mix 1.5 cup whipp cream at high speed, 4-5 minutes till becomes a thick foam and transfer to bowel and keep in fridge.
3. Put ¾ cup powder suger + cream cheese 500gm + 2 table spoon cool coffee in mixing bowel and beat with mixerspeed at medium for 1 minute (not to over beat)
4. Mix whipp cream (from fridge) to the above mix and beat again with mixer for 1 minute, and keep aside.
5. Put coffee in a bowel, dip the ladies finger in coffee (just wet) and spread down the baking spring pan. Spread ½ qty of mix (4) in a layer of 1cm thick spread with spoon.
6. Again put 1 layer of ladies finger diped in coffee and cover it with mix (4).
7. Cover it with polythene foil or aluminium foil.
8. Keep in fridge for 24 hours.
9. Remove from the pan and dust with coco powder & decorate with grated choclate

Description: Spicy, savory and the sourness of the tomatos making the taste of this curry was perfect. I have no idea what to cook for our dinner last night, and i saw there was alot of tomatos in my fridge, is really perfect combination with rice. I used brown rice instead jasmine rice. My hubby he enjoyed the dinner, its an reward for me if i could serve something which is make him appetite ;)
rasanya enaks banget, paling cocok dimakan sama nasi, gw sih demen banget curry ini, makan sambil bayangin sambel tomat wakakakakakakka
Ingredients: tomatoes 250 gr, chunk -coconut shreded, fry without oil until brown colour ( i used aprox 4 spoon) -curry leaves 1 spring -small onion 5, choped -big onion 1, choped -dry red chily 3 -ginger choped 1 tsp -turmeric powder 1/4 tsp -chili powder 1 tsp -coriander powder 1 tsp
Directions: 1. Grind fried coconut shreded with turmeric pow, chili pow and coriander pow and added same water to make a paste. 2. Bring to boil the paste and tomato chunk, add small onion and ginger. 3. Stir and make a thick curry. add water if you feel required 4. In another pot heat oil then add mustard seed, fry the big onion until fragrant then add few spring of curry leaves and dry red chili. 5. Mix the onion fry with the curry and let it boil for one more time 6. Serve with rice

Description: Bikin rendang beberapa hari yang lalu tapi ga abis dan nganggur dikulkas ga kemakan. pernah inget2 kalo kucing bikin rendang pulao versi mas joko tapi berhubung saya lupa lupa inget jadi bikin versi saya hehehhee rasanya enyakkk dan yang penting rendang saya ludes dikaryakan buat dinner semalem :D

Ingredients: -nasi basmati matang 2 piring -rendang 1 mangkok kira2 aja, iris dagingnya kecil2 -bawang merah besar 1 buah, kalo kecil 5 dirajang halus -cabe bubuk tambahan 1 tsp -garam sedikit -minyak/buter/ghee
Directions: 1. panaskan minyak kemudian tumis bawang sampai harum, masukkan potongan daging rendang serta bumbunya, tambahkan cabe bubuk dan sedikit garam. aduk rata jika terlalu kering tambahkan sedikit saja air. 2. masukkan nasi dan aduk sampe rata, cicipi rasanya

Description: I had been craving to eat curry and chapaties recently, but iam too lazy to cooked. As usual weekend is caming up and reason to be lazy and dined out hihihihi. Finally i made the tradional Kerala chicken curry. While iam searching recipe through my recipe book, the tv show was caught my attention. But sorry i forgot who was the host. Anyway i take alook on the show and start right down the recipe.This recipe tasted great, and was extremely easy to do. And here i shall share it with you ;)
Ingredients: 4 Green Chillies, finely chopped, seeds and all 2" Root Ginger, grated 3 table spoon oil 1 big size onion 2 cloves of Garlic 1 teaspoon Hot Chilli Powder (kashmiri chili powder) 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander ½ teaspoon Ground Turmeric ½ teaspoon Salt 500g Skinless Chicken Breasts ( i used whole body) 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped 2 -3Potatos, cut into cubes 350 ml Coconut Milk ---> i skip the coconut milk and i use only water pinch of Garam Masala
Directions: Heat up 3 tablespoons of the oil in a heavy based pan and saute the Onion and Chilli for a few minutes. Then add the Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Coriander, Turmeric and Salt and stir into the Onions and once all covered, add the Chicken and fry gently for about 8-10 minutes. If the pan gets too dry and stuff starts to stick to the bottom, add a little of water. Next add the Tomato and Potato and stir in for another couple of minutes before adding about a third of the Coconut. Leave to simmer for about 6 minutes, then add the remaining Coconut Milk and further simmer for about 10 minutes until the potato and chicken are cooked. Then sprinkle of the pinch of Garam Masala and coriander leaves. Serve hot with cpapati or steam basmati rice

Description: aku lagi demen baking sejak bebas dr kutukan bantet hehehehhe, cuman susahnya kalo baking ga ada yg bantuan makan, makanya satu satunya korban ya temen kantor, tetangga sebelah ato watchman gedung :D Ini salah satu kue fav, bau pandan yang wangi bikin ga pernah bosen kali ini aku pake santan (biasa diganti susu) ternyata lebih gurih ya sumber: keseharian.com Ingredients:250 gr tepung terigu all purpose/protein rendah 1 sdt baking powder 1 sdt emulsifer (opt) 1 sdt essence pandan atau lebih (tambah pewarna hijau sedikit jika essence pandan tidak hijau) 100 gr mentega 150 ml santan sedang kentalnya 225 gr gula pasir (1 cup) telur 6 Directions:1. Lelehkan mentega, biarkan hangat kuku, campur dengan santan, dan essence pandan 2. Olesi loyang (diameter 9 inch) dengan mentega, taburi sedikit terigu, sisihkan 3. Panaskan oven 350 F (180 C) 4. Campur terigu dan baking powder, ayak 5. Kocok telur, cake emulsifer, dan gula pasir sampai mengembang ringan dan warnanya pucat, pake mixer highspeed sekitar 15 menit 6. Masukkan terigu dan larutan mentega sedikit2 bergantian sambil diaduk pake spatula, sampai semua bahan tercampur 7. Tuang ke loyang 8. Oven sampai matang, sekitar 30 menit, periksa pake tusukan sate, tambah 5 menit jika belum matang

Description: Saya ini hobi mencicipi makanan dari seluruh negara selamaaaaa makanan itu mateng dan layak dimakan hehehhe, spt masakan moroco sudah sering saya coba praktekkin menurut lidah saya sih enak, apalagi bulgur yang dimakan sama ayam dan kentang, hmmmmmm saya nulis aja jadi lafar kekekekke. Bahkan mami saya sempet heran karena saya makan makanan arab dan india dengan lahapnya hahahahhahah Beef Tajine ini salah satu masakan fav saya, dimakan dengan pita bread atau kubos, hmmm sedap banget. O iya beef tajine ini special dimasak dengan pot tanah liat di Morocco, berhubung saya ga punya pake pot tanah liat yang biasa saya gunakan buat masak Indian Fish curry. Ini Entry saya buat MFM yang di host oleh Esti, sukses ya Esti :) Ingredients:-beef cubes 1 kg -green peas 200 kg -olive 1/2 cup -olive oil 2 spoon -bawang merah besar 2 buah, rajang -safron 1/2 tsp -black papper pow 2 tsp -garam -tomat 2 buah, rajang -tomato paste 50 gr Directions:-masukkan potangan daging sapi, bawang merah, safron, olive oil, black papper dan garam kedalam pot tanah liat kemudian tambahkan air secukupnya, masak selama 1 jam atao sampe daging bener2 empuk. -setelah daging empuk masukkan tomat, g peas, olive dan pasta tomat, masak kembali sampe kuah mengental dan bumbu menyatu -aduk terus sampe kekentalan yang diinginkan -sajikan dengan pita bread note: berhub masakan ini ga pedes sama sekali maka saya tambah 2 tsp chili powder :D

Description: Punya nasi sisa? jangan langsung dibuang lebih baik di gunakan buat bikin kerupuk. dulu jaman masih disolo aku selalu liat ibu ibu sering jemur nasi sisa yang telah diolah jadi kerupuk. Kalo di Jawa kerupuk ini dinamain gendar atao kerupuk beras. sebenernya bikinnya harus pake "bleng" atau obat khusus buat bikin kerupuk, karena digurun ga ada yah coba bikin tanpa pake bleng ternyata hasilnya enak juga loh, lumayan lah buat tombo kangen makan kerupuk beras :D Karena disini udah mule panas "banget" jemur pagi sore dah langsung bisa digoreng ;)) Ide nyontek mba karsih, thanks ya mba Ingredients:-nasi sisa -bawang putih 1 buah haluskan -garam dan penyedap Directions:Panaskan lagi nasi sisa dengan dikukus atau dimasak dengan ditambah sedikit air, kemudian beri bumbu dan tumbuk sampe agak halus (punyaku ga alus alus amat maklum males, kikikiki) kemudian tekan tekan kedalam loyang persegi dan masukkan freezer min 1/2 jam biar nasi agak mengeras. Iris tipis tipis dan susun diatas nampan kemudian jemur sampe matang. Goreng dengan minyak panas

Stir in milk and egg yolk until smooth. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/3 of the whites into the batter, then quickly fold in remaining whites until no streaks remain. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Description:Punya kurma yang udah setahun ga dimakan hehehhe hiperbola banget yak :p Karena ga begitu demen kurma makanya coba dibikin cake, taunya enak banget loh legit rasanyaa dan bisa disimpan di fresher kalo masih sisa  Ingredients:Source: allrecipes 2 pounds dates, pitted and chopped 2 pounds English walnuts, coarsely chopped 1 cup white sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 4 egg yolks 4 egg whites Directions:Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. In a large bowl, combine dates, walnuts, sugar, baking powder and flour. Stir in egg yolks. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the whites into the fruit/nut mixture until no streaks remain. Spoon into prepared pan. Directions: 1. cuci bersih beras dan rendam selama 15 min, kemudian tiriskan 2. panaskan ghee kemudian tumis bawang merah sampe harum, setelah itu masukkan garlic ginger paste, aduk sampe rata. masukkan cinnamon, cengkeh dan semua bumbu bubuk aduk rata 1 min. 2. masukkan air dan biarkan sampe mendidih, setelah itu masukkan beras dan aduk beri garam, biarkan beras matang dan tutup panci 3. biarkan sampe air asat dan biarkan diatas kompor dengan keadaan tertutup sampe nasi tanak dan matang 4. sajikan dengan pickles dan yogurt raita
